Michelle’s journey in events began as a teenager on Cape Cod, where her love for bringing people together inspired her to organize social gatherings for her friends & school.

In 2025, she founded Launch & Lead Events, turning her lifelong passion for connecting people, planning, & hospitality into a thriving business. She knew she was meant to launch and lead her own business. 
 

Michelle has years of hands-on experience with South Shore caterers, personal chefs, & prominent event venues. Plus event management, staffing, or sales experience at Boston Harbor Hotel, Cheever Tavern's The Blue Room, The Red Lion Inn Cohasset, Simmons University, Milton Academy & Suddenly Simple Concierge Catering. Her wide-ranging background makes her an invaluable resource to both her clients & her team.

Michelle adores the community on the South Shore and has strong ties to Cape Cod, being an alumna of Cape Cod Academy. Michelle has a marketing degree from Bentley University. She is a proud mom to her adult daughter, who lives & works in Boston. Michelle lives on the South Shore with her sweet, devoted Goldendoodle, Steevo.​​
